Uniform Policy

School Council has developed a documented School Uniform Policy for the students at Westgrove Primary School.

The Uniform Policy clearly stipulates the expectations with regards to the uniform that students should be wearing.

The school colours are emerald green and navy blue - these are the only colours that students should be wearing.

It consists of navy shorts or track pants, school logo emerald green polo shirt and navy windcheater/bomber jacket.

These items can always be purchased from Rushfords’.

The uniform policy clearly stipulates that jewellery is not part of the school uniform and should not be worn to school.

Dangly or chunky jewellery can easily get caught on play equipment, trees etc. and this can potentially be a serious safety hazard.

The uniform policy, it does exempt pierced ears having studs or sleepers.

Note also that currently all students require a sun smart hat at school.

The full uniform policy document can be found on the school website.

Parents/carers are asked to support the school by ensuring that their children attend school in accordance with the school uniform policy at all times.

Your support with is important and much appreciated.

Any families requiring support with sourcing uniforms are encouraged contact Mrs Morgan or Miss Slaymaker asap.
